My passion for intimate weddings and elopements comes from my own journey. The truth is, I didn’t have the most ideal upbringing, and when it came time for my own wedding, I felt lost in the traditions and expectations that didn’t align with me. I didn’t want a room full of people I barely knew or family members who didn’t truly support me. My circle was small, my chosen family mattered most, and above all, I wanted a day that felt intentional, intimate, and deeply meaningful.
I worked hard and had tough conversations to create a wedding day that was truly mine and my partners—one rooted in presence, love, and joy, free from stress and obligation. And now, after years of experience capturing intimate weddings, I know exactly how to help others achieve the same. When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll find me spending quality time with my pup, Stella, and my wife, Chelsea. I’m an avid lover of the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, backpacking, or camping, I’m always ready for an adventure. I also love spending time on the back of a horse, exploring new trails and enjoying the freedom of the open range. Scuba diving and traveling to new places are passions of mine, giving me a chance to connect with different cultures and experiences. I’m always up for learning fun facts about animals or discovering new foods as a self-proclaimed foodie. Live music fuels my soul, and I’m always seeking out new tunes to inspire creativity.
