Non-Transferable:
Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the individual named at the time of purchase or as specified by the purchaser.
Recipient Information:
If the gift card is purchased for someone else, the buyer must provide the recipient’s name at the time of purchase. The named recipient will be the only individual authorized to redeem the gift card.
Expiration:
Gift cards must be redeemed within 365 days of the purchase date. Unused gift cards or balances will expire after this period.
No Cash Value:
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Any remaining balance under $5 may be refunded in cash, in compliance with Colorado law.
Pricing Adjustments:
The value of the gift card will be applied toward the photographer’s current rates at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Session Type:
Gift cards are valid only for the session type purchased (e.g., Mini Session, Full Session). Upgrades to other session types may require additional payment.
Scheduling:
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the photographer’s availability. Specific dates or time slots are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the gift card.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
The buyer or recipient is responsible for safeguarding the gift card. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
No Refunds or Exchanges:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products or services.
Photographer's Rights:
The photographer reserves the right to refuse service or cancel sessions if the recipient fails to comply with these terms or other agreed-upon policies.
Usage Restrictions:
Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
Agreement to Terms:
By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, the buyer and/or recipient agree to these terms and conditions.
